Thermal Imaging

Active thermography: infrared imaging of the building envelope.

What thermography shows

An infrared camera displays apparent surface temperature differences. In buildings, those patterns can reveal air leakage, missing or compressed insulation, and thermal bridging that aren't visible to the eye.

Active thermography applies a controlled stimulus, such as a pressure difference across the envelope, so these defects show up more clearly in the images.

Who it's for

Builders, architects, engineering firms, home designers, and homeowners.
